2 Tbsp Changing Habits Inca Inchi Powder
2 Tbsp of soaked cashews
1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
1 banana
1/2 cup organic coconut milk
1/2 tsp Changing Habits Cinnamon
1 capful of Changing Habits Colloidal Minerals
A pinch of Changing Habits Seaweed Salt
1/2 tsp Changing Habits All Natural Probiotics
Procedure
- Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and serve with ice.
