I had so much to be grateful for in my life, but sadly my sluggish body didn’t feel the same.
I used to have a hard time getting up in the morning, my brain wasn’t’ as sharp, and I snapping at the littlest things, caught every cold, sore muscles and joint pain and weight gain started setting in. I wasn’t in a happy place.
