Ingredients

2-3 tsp Changing Habits Turmeric Powder
1-3 Tbsp honey, or to taste
1 cup Changing Habits Shredded Coconut
1 cup cashews
2 tsp Changing Habits Camu Camu Powder
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1-2 Tbsp Changing Habits Coconut Oil
1-2 tsp Changing Habits Inflammation Ease Herbs
Optional: 3-6 drops of lemon or orange food grade essential oil
1/2 cup Changing Habits Shredded Coconut + 1 tsp Changing Habits Turmeric Powder for rolling in.

Directions

  1. Add all the dry ingredients into your Thermomix bowl. Blitz together for 30-40 seconds at Speed 10.
  2. Now add the honey starting with 1 Tbsp + 1 Tbsp of coconut oil and re-blend at Speed 7 for 15-20 seconds.
  3. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and taste the mixture, and add more honey and a touch more coconut oil if needed. Re-blend at Speed 7 for 15 seconds.
  4. In a separate bowl add the additional 1/2 cup + 1 tsp of turmeric and mix it together.
  5. Begin to roll the mixture into balls using your hands and place it in the bowl to be coated in the turmeric/ coconut mix.
  6. Place the coated bliss ball onto a plate and continue rolling the rest of the mixture until it has all been used up.
  7. Store in an air tight container in the fridge.
