Ingredients
1 cup Changing Habits Cacao Melts
3 Tbsp Changing Habits Coconut Oil
Honey, to taste
1 cup almonds golden roasted, chopped
2 Tbsp freshly grated ginger
1/3 cup dried blueberries
1/3 cup popped amaranth or millet
A pinch of Changing Habits Seaweed Salt
Procedure
- Melt cacao and oil together in a double boiler storing continuously.
- Remove from the heat once completely melted.
- Add all other ingredients to the chocolate mix and stir through.
- Place spoonfuls of the mixture onto a lined baking tray, or pour into lined container evenly. Place in the fridge or freezer until set.
- If you poured the mix into a container, remove the chocolate block and place onto a chopping board and cut into squares.
- If you placed spoonfuls of the mixture onto a lined baking tray, peel them off and place them into a contacted. Store in the fridge.
