Ingredients

1 cup Changing Habits Cacao Melts
3 Tbsp Changing Habits Coconut Oil
Honey, to taste
1 cup almonds golden roasted, chopped
2 Tbsp freshly grated ginger
1/3 cup dried blueberries
1/3 cup popped amaranth or millet
A pinch of Changing Habits Seaweed Salt

Procedure
  1. Melt cacao and oil together in a double boiler storing continuously.
  2. Remove from the heat once completely melted.
  3. Add all other ingredients to the chocolate mix and stir through.
  4. Place spoonfuls of the mixture onto a lined baking tray, or pour into lined container evenly. Place in the fridge or freezer until set.
  5. If you poured the mix into a container, remove the chocolate block and place onto a chopping board and cut into squares.
  6. If you placed spoonfuls of the mixture onto a lined baking tray, peel them off and place them into a contacted. Store in the fridge.
