My following testimonial goes out to all those living each day with anxiety and/or depression.
Through out my life I have had anxiety and phases of depression. But the last 10 years have been a true test of my grit. I suffered from post natal depression after both my sons birth & Then the the GFC hit in 2009 my husbands business went under and we lost everything. I had raised my family in the Uk until then but being from NZ my husband wanted to move to Australia to start again.

Emigrating under theses conditions is HARD. Then Within 2 years he had met someone else & I found myself a single parent, living in a new country with no family.
I soon realised due to my visa I was not eligible to access state help. So I had to live week to week on a hospitality salary which on the Sunny Coast is seasonal and ever changing.
My mental health took a dive.

Survival mode kicked and my anxiety was chronic.
I tried medication but it only numbed me so I stopped.

After my Dad passing away and some other devastating news, I hit rock bottom. My doctor granted my some psychologist appointments.
At the same point I reached out to my beautiful friend Nicola. She had guided me in natural healing in the past and down to pure trust I followed her recommendation to try this product.

Within 3 weeks I started to notice a change. My mindset was so much more positive. I wasn’t experiencing overwhelm. And I was dealing with life stuff in a calm orderly manor. I would have strangers ask, what’s making you so happy? Apparently I was glowing! My shrink actually signed me off after just 3 sessions!!

I would bounce out of bed, I started doing more exercise and I naturally chose to eat better foods. As a result 5 kg literally fell Off over my first 2 months of taking the #lyp. My energy levels were through the roof.

Thee months in and my family life is so different. I feel so present with my kids. Their grades and attitudes have improved. We literally have a harmony that I couldn’t enjoy before. I have big hopes and dreams and a belief that I can achieve them now.

I am finally enjoying life thanks to the magic of Nrf2 activation. ✌🏽💛
